腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的光盘指导康复训练

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的康复训练方法,以提高康复训练的效果,保证患者得到及时、有效的健康指导。方法:将2008年1月至2009年5月的54例患者按随机数字表法分成光盘指导组26例,口头指导组28例。光盘指导组采用自制功能锻炼光盘进行健康指导,向患者加以演示,形象直观的对患者进行功能锻炼指导。而口头指导组采用传统口头宣教方法进行健康指导。结果:光盘指导组接受自制功能锻炼光盘后对护理工作的满意度从78.6%提高到100%,患者掌握腰背肌锻炼动作有明显效果,术后自理能力及肌力均有明显提高,下床时间早,疼痛减轻。结论:功能锻炼光盘通俗易懂,易于被患者接受,对促进患者康复有良好的效果。Objective：To enhance the effect of rehabilitation training and ensure that patients can obtain timely and effective health guidance.Methods：54 cases were divided into CD-ROM guidance group（26 cases） and oral guidance group（28 cases）.The experimental group was offered health guidance with self-made CD-ROM,which is visual for functional training.The oral guidance group was provided with traditional oral health guidance.Results：The degree of satisfaction to nursing service from CD-ROM guidance group was upgraded from 78.6% to 100%.The effect of Back muscle exercise was evident.Their post-operation self-care ability and muscle strength were improved obviously.The time to get out of bed was earlier,and the pain was alleviated.Conclusion：Self-made CD-ROM for functional training is easy to understand and accept to the patients,which can promote the recovery of patients.
