苦柏脱敏汤治疗风热型荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察苦柏脱敏汤治疗风热型荨麻疹临床疗效。方法:87例风热型荨麻疹患者口服苦柏脱敏汤,60 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果:痊愈61例(70.11%);显效14例(16.09%);好转12例(13.80%),有效率为86.20%。结论:苦柏脱敏汤治疗风热型荨麻疹临床疗效确切。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Kubai Decoction for desensitization in the treatment of urticaria of wind-heat type.Methods：87 urticaria patients of wind-heat type were orally administered Kubai Decoction for desensitization with 60d as a course of treatment and were treated with 3 courses.Results：61 patients were cured（70.11%）;14 cases were markedly better（16.09%）;12 cases were improved（13.80%） and the effective rate was 86.20%.Conclusion：Kubai Decoction for Desensitization has definite curative effect in the treatment of urticaria of wind-heat type.
