摘 要:阐述了一个城市CO2排放量审核的计算方法。依据日本产业技术综合研究所开发的NICE模型,将能源供应纳入计算范围,修正了只计算能源消耗的CO2排放的传统方法。通过对农业、工业、建筑业、第三产业、交通运输业和人民生活6大部门二氧化碳排放量的审核,得出该城市总的CO2排放量。以苏州市为例,对苏州市2005~2008年CO2排放量进行了审核,发现本文的计算方法对城市、工业园区等区域的CO2排放审核有效。A calculation method of carbon dioxide emissions for a city was studied in this paper. Based on the NICE model developed by AIST Japan, power supply was taken into account; a power carbon emission coefficient for a city was defined and calculated in a case study. The calculation work of carbon dioxide emissions in a city was defined and calculated in a case study. The calculation work of carbon dioxide emissions in a city was for six departments involving in agriculture, industry, construction, tertiary - industry, transportation and the people's living. This method amends the problem existing in traditional methods that neglect accounting the emissions of carbon dioxide produced during exogenous power. Finally, the paper took the case of Suzhou city as an example, and it is found that this calculation method is efficient to audit a city and also an industrial park.
