县域生态环境质量综合评价探讨——以长沙县为例

摘　　要：区域生态环境质量评价是协调区域经济发展与生态环境保护之间关系的基础,是实现区域社会经济可持续发展的重要手段。结合长沙县环境综合整治规划,构建科学的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定评价指标权重,再利用构建的综合评价模型,计算得出长沙县生态环境质量综合分数为64.96,最后对评价要素的影响程度进行大致分析。从长沙县实际情况来看,评价结果与当前实际较为吻合,说明评价指标体系和评价方法具有一定的科学性和可信度。The regional ecological environmental quality assessment is to coordinate regional economic development and ecological basis of the relationship between environmental protection.It is the important means to achieve sustainable development of regional socio-economic.Combined with comprehensive environmental planning in Changsha County,this paper tends to construct scientific evaluation index system,Using AHP to determine weights of evaluation indexes,reuse of building a comprehensive evaluation model.The ecological environmental quality score of Changsha County is 64.96.Finally,the degree of influence of evaluation factor was generally analysised.With the actual situation of Changsha County,evaluation results more in line with current practice.It is showed that evaluation index system and evaluation method is scientific and reliable.
