摘　　要：目的了解部队军人心理卫生知识知晓率,为部队有效开展心理卫生服务提供依据。方法采用匿名法对某部921名军人进行问卷调查。结果本组平均统计项正确率为46.8%,知晓率为12.4%。在平均正确率方面,干部高于士兵和士官,本科>大专>高中>初中。79.9%的军人关注心理健康;60.7%的军人将学校或部队教育作为接受心理健康知识的主要途径;仅有不到10.0%的人遇到心理困惑愿意寻求心理卫生专业机构咨询,找战友倾诉者最多,占43.3%,而向指导员或教导员寻求帮助者仅占21.4%;虽单位设有心理咨询室,但近80.0%的军人不认同或持否认态度。结论军人心理卫生知识知晓率不甚理想,应通过有效的心理卫生服务提高军人心理保健水平。Objective To study the awareness of common mental health in some PLA officers and soldiers and provide clinical evidence for service of mental health in the military troop.Methods In this study,921 soldiers from an army troop were surveyed by innominate questionnaire.Results The mean correct rate was 46.8% and the awareness rate was 12.4%.The mean correct rate was higher in officers than that in soldiers and non-commissioned officers;Meanwhile,the mean correct rate was the highest in soldiers with undergraduate degrees,and decreased progressively from degrees of junior college,senior middle school and junior middle school.79.9% of the soldiers surveyed were aware of the importance of mental health,60.7% learned mental health knowledge from school or after they joined the Army.Only less than 10.0% was inclined to seek help from specialized mental health experts when they had psychological problems,43.3% let it out by communicating with comrades-in-arms,and 21.4% sought help from political instructors.Nearly 80.0% did not accept or denied local psychological consultation although some consultation organizations were available in their unit.Conclusion Awareness level of mental health in some PLA troops are not satisfactory.Effective health service should be provided to promote mental health level of the troops.
