术后早期炎性肠梗阻的护理体会

摘　　要：目的总结术后早期炎性肠梗阻的护理经验。方法对37例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者进行非手术治疗,实施临床护理路径及严格落实。结果所有患者肠道功能均恢复正常,平均13 d(8～23 d),平均住院21 d(8～47 d),无并发症发生。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻通过合理护理路径及切实有效的护理措施,是取得良好预后的重要保证。Objective To summarize the caring experience of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction.Methods Treating 37 patients who suffered a postoperative intestinal obstruction of inflammation with non-operative means according to a strict clinic nursing way.Results All the patients got a satisfactory outcome of health intestinal function within a average period of 13 days（8～23 d）.The average days of hospitalization are 21 days.No patients had any complexion.Conclusion Proper and effective nursing measures as well as reasonable clinic nursing way will promise a good prognosis for patient with a postoperative intestinal obstruction of inflammation.
