摘　　要：目的探讨经皮激光椎间盘汽化减压术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理体会。方法采用经皮激光腰椎间盘汽化减压术治疗腰椎间盘突出症86例,术前、术后予以精心、细致的护理及正确的功能锻炼指导。结果所有患者经过精心、细致护理及功能锻炼指导,护理效果满意。结论对于经皮激光腰椎间盘汽化减压术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,精心、细致的护理及正确的功能锻炼指导能减轻患者痛苦,防止并发症,促进患者早日康复。Objective To study the nursing experience of the lumber disk herniation（LDH） patients by percutaneous laser disk decompression（PLDD）.Methods Eighty-six lubar intervertebral disc protrusion patients were treated by PLDD,and were given careful nursing and functional exercise instruction.Result The nursing efficacy of all patients was very good.Conclusion With regard to the LDH patients who were treated by PLDD,the nursing staff＇s careful nursing and the function exercise instruction can ease sufferings of patients,prevent complications,and help recover from illness.
