系统康复护理对膝关节周围损伤患者功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的观察系统康复护理对膝关节周围损伤患者功能恢复的影响。方法 40例膝关节周围损伤患者术后第1天即开始系统康复护理,包括心理护理,物理因子治疗,肌力训练以及关节活动度训练等。待关节活动度>90°时,可以让患者出院在家中继续进行康复训练,对患者的康复训练情况进行严密监测并定期随访。结果术后12个月时发现患者膝关节屈曲角度平均增加65.35°,患者髌上10 cm处大腿周径较康复治疗前增加约4 cm;患者膝部肌群肌力随着关节曲伸角度增大而迅速改善。结论系统康复护理对膝关节周围损伤患者术后疗效具有重要意义,能进一步提高膝关节活动度,促进膝关节功能恢复。Objective To observe the effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing on functional recovery of knee injured patients.Methods Forty cases of knee injured patients began system rehabilitation nursing on the first day of their operations,including psychological care,physical factors treatment,strength training,the range of motion training and so on.When the range of motion is over 90°,the patients could leave the hospital and stay at home continuing their rehabilitation training.The patients′ rehabilitation training situation was monitored strictly and followed up regularly.Results Twelve months after the operations,the patients′ knee flexing angle had an average increase of 65.35°,thigh circumference 10 cm above the patella,4 cm added than before.Knee joints bent and muscle strength improved rapidly as the knee flexion angle increased.Conclusion The systematic rehabilitation nursing is very meaningful for the operation results of the knee injured patients.It can further improve the range of motion and promote the recovery of knee function.
