摘　　要：目的探讨创伤性颈脊髓损伤早期死亡原因,提高救治水平。方法回顾分析2000年4月~2010年4月32例死亡病历,并结合相关资料加以讨论,总结其死亡原因。结果创伤性颈脊髓损伤引起多器官复杂病变,涉及呼吸、循环、消化、泌尿、神经系统以及水电解质平衡等,互为因果,病情变化急剧,故病死率较高。结论 呼吸衰竭是绝大部分患者死亡的直接原因,也有部分患者同时伴有多器官功能衰竭,其与脊髓损伤节段及损伤程度密切相关。Objective To investigate the causes of early death in patients with traumatic cervical spinal cord injury and improve treatment quality.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 32 cases in our department who died from traumatic cervical spinal cord injury from April 2000 April 2010 and the causes of death were summarized.Results The traumatic cervical spinal cord injury leads to complex multi-organ disease,involving respiratory,circulatory,digestive,urinary,nervous system,and water and electrolyte balance,reciprocal causation,condition changes rapidly,so a higher mortality rate.Conclusion Respiratory failure is the direct cause of death for most Patients,there are some patients accompanied by multiple organ failure,which relates to the segment and the degree of spinal cord injury.
