摘　　要：目的探讨改进传统包皮环切术治疗包皮过长和包茎临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2003年~2009年采用借结止血激光包皮环切术治疗包皮过长和包茎1 640例。结果与传统方法比较,手术时间少,术中止血可靠,术后外形美观,避免痛性结节及异物感的发生,2例术后24 h创口渗血,处理后均治愈,随访1-6个月,效果满意,术后并发症少。结论 使用借结止血激光包皮环切术是治疗包皮过长和包茎理想的手术方法,值得推广和普及。Objective To approach clinical therapeutic efficacy of treatment of phimosis and redundant prepuce with improvement of peritomize.Methods Retrospective analysis was made of 1640 cases of phimosis and redundant prepuce with posthectomy of LASE-using hematischesis by knot from 2002 to 2008.Results To compare with traditional method,the time of operation was fewer and non-haemorrhage in operation and hemostasis of operation was safe and beautiful looking after operation.There was fewer tuberculum dolorosum and foreign body sensation after operation.Two patients bled after operation in 24 hours.They were healed after treatment.The patients were followed up for 1～6 months.The procedure was satisfactory in all with fewer complications and gratification.Conclusion Treatment of phimosis and redundant prepuce with posthectomy of LASE-using hematischesis by knot is believed to be the most ideal surgical procedure for the treatment of patient.It is worth generalization and pervasion.
