怡生汤对小鼠肠道菌群功能影响的研究

摘  要:目的:研究怡生汤对小鼠肠道菌群的影响方法:小鼠随机分为4组:正常组、怡生汤低、中、高剂量组,口服给予14d,观察怡生汤对小鼠肠道内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、肠杆菌和肠球菌、产气荚膜梭菌、拟杆菌等6种菌群数目的变化结果:在连续给予怡生汤14d后,与给药前相比较,怡生汤中、高剂量组小鼠肠道内双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌和拟杆菌的数目明显增多(p〈0.05或p〈0.01),肠球菌、肠杆菌和气荚膜梭菌的的数目明显减少(p〈0.05)结论:怡生汤促进小鼠肠道中益生菌的生长增殖,同时抑制有害致病菌的生长,对肠道菌群有一定的调节作用。Purpose: This study was to investigate the effects of yi sheng tang on the intestinal micro flora in mice. Methods: Mice were randomized into 4 groups:control group, the low , medium and high dose group.The yi sheng tang groups were orally administered with yi sheng tang at different doses and the control group was orally administrated with distilled water instead. Then the numbers of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterococcus, Enterobacter, C.perfringens etc were counted respectively. Results: This study suggests that in the medium and high dose group, the administration of yi sheng tang for 14 consecutive days can greatly stimulate the proliferation of probiotic bacteria such as Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus , Bacteroid and down-regulate pernicious bacteria such as Enterococcus, Enterobacter and C.perfringens. Conclusion: The yi sheng tang can make an improvement to the alteration of intestinal flora.
