摘　　要：针对宝钢炼钢厂三座转炉炉壳发生的严重变形问题，通过现场测试，分析了炉壳变形的状态及规律，指出转炉使用镁碳砖炉衬后炉壳温度升高是造成炉壳变形的主要原因，并提出了解决这一问题的措施和建议。The situation and rule of serious shell deformation that has taken place in three 300t BOF at the first steelmaking plant of Bao Shan iron and steel corporation are analyzed by live measure. The main reason of deformation is that the shell worked at elevated temperature after the utilization of MgO-C lining, some methods and suggestions for solving shell deformation are proposed.
