摘　　要：济钢宽厚板厂３２００ｍｍ四辊粗轧机的机前后锥形辊道，采用集中传动方式，关键件齿轮分配箱采用钢板焊接结构，润滑全部采用集中供油。该锥形辊道实现了轧件的运输与旋转。Centralized drive method,welding structure with plate steel for gear distribution box and centralized supplying oil for all lubricating system are used in the design of big conical roller bed at the front and the back of 3200mm four rollers roughing mill in widethick plate steel works of Jinan iron and steel group.The conical roller bed can achieve transportation and turning for rolled piece.
