摘　　要：目的分析广东省云安县艾滋病(AIDS)流行趋势,为制定预防控制策略提供依据。方法对云安县2003—2009年报告的HIV感染者和AIDS疫情专报系统资料、个案资料、监测资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2003—2009年云安县共报告HIV感染者和AIDS患者138例,其中2006—2009年报告病例最多,占总病例数的84.1%。感染者男性占79.7%。年龄以20—39岁为主,占75.4%。职业多数为家政、家务、待业和农民,占56.5%。75.4%为初中以下文化。以静脉注射吸毒传播为主,占50.7%;其次为性接触传播,占24.6%。发现方式主要通过就诊者检测、自愿咨询检测(VCT)、强制和劳教戒毒人员检测和羁押人员体检发现,占80.4%。全县8个镇均有病例报告,以富林、六都、镇安3个镇报告病例最多,占68.1%。结论云安县HIV感染和AIDS疫情态势非常严峻,已从高危人群向一般人群传播,应加强政府主导与部门配合工作,加大健康教育、行为干预和监测力度,规范HIV检测筛查,遏制AIDS传播。[Objective]To analyze the epidemic features of AIDS in Yunan County of Guangdong Province,and provide evidence for developing control strategies. [Methods]Descriptive epidemiological analysis was performed on HIV/AIDS epidemic report system data,case information,monitoring data in Yunan County during 2003-2009. [Results]A total of 138 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported,most were reported during 2006-2009,occupying 84.1%.79.7% of cases were male aged 20~39 years.Occupations were mainly housekeeping,housework,unemployment and farming,occupying 56.5%.75.4% of patients with cultural level under junior middle school.The main mode of transmission was intravenous drug use,occupying 50.7%,followed by sexual encounter,occupying 24.6%.80.4% were identified through test on out-patient,VCT,examination on drug addicts and prisoner.All 8 counties had case report,most were in Fulin,Liudu and Zhenan,occupying 68.1%. [Conclusion]HIV/AIDS epidemic situation is very serious in Yunan County,and has spread to general population from high risk groups.It is necessary to strengthen the government-led communication with the health department,to enhance health education,behavior intervention and monitoring,to standardize HIV screening,so as to curb AIDS spreading.
