摘　　要：建国后,在不同的历史阶段,人民内部矛盾的根源性特征由于利益主体和具体的利益内容不同而反映出不同的时代特征,而党的领导人以马克思主义中国化的理论为指导,正确处理人民内部矛盾,对人民内部矛盾根源性问题的解决也反映了党执政水平的不断提高和执政能力的不断增强。Characteristics of root causes of contradictions among the people reflects different characteristics of the times due to different interest contents at different stage after liberation.the Party’s leaders in Marxist theory as guidance,correctly deal with the contradictions among the people and the solution of root questions by the Party’s leaders is accord with the promotion of the Party’s ruling level and competence.
