摘　　要：依法治国已成为我国的基本治国方略。从法治建设的内在逻辑观之,它包括法的建设、政府自律和社会守法这样依次递进的三个有机组成部分。其中法的建设是依法治国的前提和基础,政府自律是动力和保障,社会守法是出发点和落脚点。Manages state affairs according to law has become our country＇s basic governing plan.From government by law construction intrinsic logical view it,it including method the construction,the government autonomy and the society obey the law three organic composition parts which progressives like this in turn.And method the construction is the premise which and the foundation manages state affairs according to law,the government autonomy is the power and the safeguard,the society obeys the law is the starting point and the foothold.
