摘 要:用流变学理论建立了载体在圆管中的流动模型。在考虑壁面滑移和第一法向应力差的基础上,利用所建模型推导了载体在圆管流动中的壁面压力、壁面剪切应力和壁面滑动速度公式,并分析了各相关因素对其的影响。结果表明,加入第一法向应力差的影响,可以很好地解释载体流动中弹性能的储存现象;由壁面滑移速度公式可知,管壁处的流速不仅与流体的流量、压力有关,而且和载体与管道间的摩擦系数及载体的第一法向应力差有关。这一结论对分析磨料流的加工机理提供了理论依据。The flow model of wall sliding about abrasive flow carrier in pipe was presented uti- lizing rheological theory. The first normal stress difference was considered during modeling as the viscoelastic fluid characteristics of the carrier. The wall pressure, wall shear stress and wall slid- ing velocity were derived, and the effects of various relevant factors were analyzed on the basis of the models. The results show that model with the first normal stress difference well explains the elastic energy storage of carrier flow; and wall sliding velocity is not only related to fluid flow and pressure, but also to the friction coefficient between carrier and pipe and the first normal stress difference according to the formula of wall sliding velocity.
