摘  要:基于Eulerian双流体模型,利用Fluent数值模拟软件对煤高效制合成气装置进行运行状态模拟,重点讨论在不同内筒半径Ri和外筒半径Ro的条件下,气化装置内温度和空隙率分布情况。通过对理论模型的合理简化及网格划分,利用Fluent软件模拟出该装置运行15 s内的温度分布和固体颗粒物分布状态。通过对模拟数据的分析和比较,得出,在Ro/Ri=2,Ro/Ri=3,Ro/Ri=5三种参数下,分离器内的温度达到预热煤温度600 K左右,且在2<Ro/Ri≤3时,气化部分能够达到气化温度,形成流化状态。Based on the Eulerian two phase fluid model and with the use ot numerxcat slmmauon software Fluent, this paper simulates the coal gasification plant's operation state, and mainly discusses the temperature and void distribution in the coal gasification plant, under the conditions of different inner cylinder radius (Ri) and outer cylinder radius (Ro). After reasonably simplifying the theoretical model and rationally dividing the grid, using Fluent successfully obtains the distribution of the temperature and the solid particulate after the plant runs for 15 seconds. Through analysis and comparison of Fluent data, it is finally concluded that, at the parameters Ro/Ri = 2, Ro/ Ri = 3 and Ro/ Ri = 5, the temperature inside the separator reaches the required preheating temperature of the coal approximately, and in the range of 2 〈Ro/Ri≤3, the plant's gasification part can achieve a better temperature for gasification and the fluid state is ideal at the same time.
