中药泻剂加造影剂行结肠气钡双重造影的临床应用价值

摘　　要：为探讨番泻叶、大黄浓缩液加芦荟粉配合结肠气钡双重造影的临床价值，回顾采用此方法造影（治疗组，40例）和常规气钡双重造影（对照组，40例）的患者资料，对比分析两组造影后钡气排出情况。结果显示，治疗组彻底排出者29例，大部分排出者10例，少量排出者1例，无不能排出者，总灌入量为16000ml，总排出量为14700ml，总排出率为91．9％；对照组无彻底排出者，大部分排出者11例，少量排出者17例，不能排出者12例，总灌入量为16000ml，总排出量为5400ml，总排出率为33．8％。治疗组钡气排出效果明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。且治疗组不良反应比对照组轻。结果表明，番泻叶、大黄浓缩液加芦荟粉配合结肠气钡双重造影，能刺激肠道蠕动，促进肠道内注入的钡和气加速排出，大大减轻造影后的腹部不适感。The objective of the study was to investigate the clinical value of the colonic barium-gas double visualization accompanied with the concentrated fluid of senna and rhubarb, as well aloes powder. Authors analysed the data from the patients who had received above-mentioned method （n = 40, as treatment group） and from the patients who had received routine barium-gas double radiography（ n =40, as controlled group）, and compared the removal status of barium-gas after radiography in both groups. As results,in treatment group,29 cases got completely removed,10 got mostly removed,1 got minor removed,0 got non-removed;total perfusion volume was 16 000ml,total removed volume was 14 700ml,total removed ratio was 91.9%. In controlled group,above-items was 0,11,17,12（cases） ;16 000ml,5 400ml,33.8% respectively. The removed efficacy of barium-gas in treatment group was significantly superior to that in controlled group（ P 〈0. 05） ,and the adverse reaction also was milder. Results show that above-mentioned accompanied radiography can stimulate peristalsis,promote fast removal of perfused barium-gas into intestinal tract,thus greatly relief the patient＇s discomfortable aesthesia of abdomen.
