摘　　要：分析了厚壁管件无芯棒开式冷挤压的主要参数；确定了该工艺极限变形程度的判断依据；对两种不同厚径比的厚壁管极限变形程度进行了试验研究，给出了可供实际应用的数据。The main parameters of open-die cold extrusion without mandrel of thick-wall tube are analyzed. The criterion of the limit reduction is determined. Experimental study on limit reductions of thick-wall tubes with two kind of thickness-diameter ratioes is carried out and the data for practical use are provided.
