摘 要:换流变压器直流出线装置的可靠性是换流变压器研制的关键问题之一,长期以来直流出线装置依靠进口,优化出合理的直流出线装置绝缘结构对进一步促进换流变压器设备制造全面国产化具有重要的意义。笔者总结了换流变压器的运行特点,研究了直流出线装置的绝缘结构,并进行了直流出线装置绝缘结构的电场计算。换流变压器的运行特点为短路阻抗大、直流偏磁影响、谐波影响严重,绝缘结构复杂,针对典型的直流出线装置绝缘结构,分别对直流出线装置长时AC外施试验、DC带局部放电测量的耐压试验、极性反转试验时的情况,按照各自模型进行电场分析计算,总结了直流出线装置的理念和结构要领。试验结果证明,所研究的直流出线装置绝缘结构是合理的,说明了计算的可靠性。对于更高电压等级的换流变压器,直流出线装置的绝缘结构的电场分析,完全参考同样理论和方法进行研究,优化出合理的直流出线装置绝缘结构。Reliability of DC barrier system is one of key points of converter transformer's RD.DC barrier systems are imported over the years.Optimization of insulation structure of barrier system has significant influence on further speeding up localization manufacture of converter transformer in China.The operation characteristic of converter transformer was summarized,and the insulation structure of barrier system was studied.Furthermore,the calculation of electric field of insulation structure for DC barrier system was made.Converter transformer has features as high short circuit impedance,DC bias current influence,serious influence of harmonic and complicated insulation structure.Electric field analysis and calculation was carried on the basis of typical insulation structure of DC barrier system for different models under different testing condition,such as long duration AC applied voltage withstand test,DC voltage withstand test with PD measurement and polarity reversal test to summarize design concept and main points to structure of DC barrier system.Test results show that the developed insulation structure of DC barrier system is reasonable,which has been approved by the test.The same theory and method will be applied to insulation structure electric field analysis of DC barrier system of converter transformer with higher voltage level to optimize the sound insulation structure of DC barrier system.
