摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱法测定乳制品中三聚氰胺含量的不确定度评定的数学模型,通过对测量过程中的不确定度来源进行逐项分析与评定,得出了高效液相色谱法测定乳制品中三聚氰胺含量的不确定度结果。This paper establishes mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation for determining the concentration of melamine in daisy products by high performance liquid chromatography, The source of uncertainty was analyzed and evaluated step by step for the whole determination procedure, and the result of uncertainty in HPLC to melamine in dairy products was obtained.
