摘 要:通过对满足上海地区建筑节能65%要求,采用蒸压粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块外墙的蒸气分压力分布进行验算,分析判断内部是否会产生冷凝问题;同时也对上海市目前使用的混凝土砌块外贴EPS板保温系统进行冷凝验算,进而比较不同保温系统在防止墙体内部产生冷凝方面的优劣。结果表明,蒸压粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块墙体自保温系统应用于上海地区,结构内部不会产生冷凝现象;混凝土砌块贴30mm厚EPS板保温系统,当保温构造为外墙外保温时,墙体内部不会产生冷凝现象;当保温构造为外墙内保温时,墙体内部易在EPS板内窨B和砌缺岁问产毕冷凝现象.according to the requirement meeting Shanghai area building save-energy 65%, checking using the steam partial pressure distribution of autoclaved fly-ash aerated concrete block outside wall, this paper analyzed whether condensation problem exist inside wall. Meanwhile checking the EPS board insulation system used in Shanghai at present, and compared the advantage and disadvantage with different insulation system in condensation aspect. The results showed autoclaved fly-ash aerated concrete block wall self-insulation system using in Shanghai area does not produce condensation within the structure; when concrete block insulation system with 30mm EPS broad outside using outside wall exterior insulation, there are no condensation within the structure, but if it use inner insulation, the condensation will produced easily between EPS board and block.
