摘　　要：美国已建立起一套健全且快速有效的国家灾害应急体制,实现对具有全国性影响的各种类型、规模公共突发事件的高效率、高效益的准备、应对和事后恢复,在公共安全管理体制的发展,法律基础建设,管理体系的系统化、标准化等方面,对我国都具有一定的启示。The US has established a set perfect and the fast effective national disaster emergency system,realizes to has nationwide influence each kind of the type,the scale public thunderbolt鈥檚 high efficiency,the high benefit preparation,to deal with restores afterward,sends in the public security management system the exhibition,the legal base construction,manages aspects and so on system鈥檚 systematization,standardization,has certain enlightenment to our country.
