摘　　要：带极堆焊是一种高效率的堆焊工艺，它被广泛应用于加氢反应器的表面堆焊上。本文根据试验及生产实践，讨论了保证堆焊层质量的控制因素，提出了防止焊接缺陷的具体措施。Abstract Strip overlaying automatic welding is a kind of high efficiency overlay welding technology.It is extensively used in the inside wall overlay welding of hydrogenating reactor.Base on the experiences of test and manufacture,this article discussed the control factors of overlay quality assurance and put forward the detailed measures of avoiding weld defect.
