摘　　要：本文叙述了带表面缺陷的２０＃无缝钢管的试验研究与安全分析过程，尽管带有原始制造缺陷试样在液压试验时具有较大的塑性变形，但试样的薄弱点还是在表面缺陷处。为此要确保使用单位的生产安全，必须强调对管道专用钢管的产品质量控制。Abstract This article describesthe test research and safety analysis procedure about type 20 seamless steel pipes with surface defects.During the hydrostatic test there is apparent plastic deformation happened on the sample which has originally manufacuring defects,the weakness of the sample still exists in the place having surface defects.Hence,to ensure production safety for the user,the control to the quality of the piping special steel pipe must be emphasized.
