Diversity of Veseicular and Arbuscular(VA) Mycorrhizal Fungi in Major Medicinal Plants from Chongqing

摘  要:对重庆市13种中药材植物的VA菌根物种多样性进行了研究,结果表明,从中药材植物根际土壤中分离出了10种菌根真菌,隶属三个科。种群频度依次为:摩西球囊霉>地球囊霉>苏格兰球囊霉>隐球囊霉>巨大巨孢囊霉>透光球囊霉>缩球囊霉>蜜色无梗囊霉=网状球囊霉>淡色球囊霉。相对多度与种群频度变化一致,以摩西球囊霉相对多度最高,达37.5%;地球囊霉为常见种,相对多度为21.8%;缩球囊霉、隐球囊霉、苏格兰球囊霉、透光球囊霉和巨大巨孢囊霉为少见种,相对多度为4.3%~12.9%;而蜜色无梗囊霉、淡色球囊霉及网状球囊霉为偶见种,相对多度为1.5%~2.0%。Diversity of veseicular and arbuscular(VA) mycorrhizal fungi in major 13 kinds of medicinal plant originated from Chongqing was investigated.Ten fungi species were separated from rhizosphere soil of medicinal plants and were identified to three genera.The order of species richness was as follow: Glomus.mosseaeG.geosporaG.caledonium G.occulumrGigaspora giganteanG.diaphanumG.constrictumAcaulospora mellea=G.reticulatumG.pallidum.The relative abundance(RA) showed the similar trend with species richness,in which the G.mosseae had the highest RA by 37.5%;G.geospora is the common specie with the RA of 21.8%;G.constrictum,G.occulumr,G.caledonium,G.diaphanum and Gigaspora gigantean are the rare species with the RA of 4.3%~12.9%;Acaulospora mellea,G.pallidum and G.reticulatum are the occasional species with the RA of 1.5%~20%.
