内河船舶导航监控一体化应用

摘　　要：针对内河船舶导航和监控一体化应用的概念和功能需求,研究其体系框架,并设计实现一种运行于网络浏览器的Web船舶导航和监控一体化应用系统,系统基于3层网络架构以及JSP和COM组件技术实现.船舶导航监控一体化应用系统能够将内河航运中的船舶与船公司、港口、VTS中心等监管部门紧密联结为一体,保证其间便捷畅通的业务交流通道,对保障内河上船舶航行安全,提高运输和物流效率,促进航运服务的监管能力具有重大的现实意义.The paper analyzed the concept of inland ship navigation and monitoring integrated application and its functional requirements,investigated its system architecture,and designed and implemented a web-based instance of its running in internet explorer.The instance system was developed by using three-tier network architecture,JPS and COM technologies.The system can link closely ship users with other administrative users in inland shipping process,and provide a smooth and convenient transaction channel for them,which has great practical significance in aspects of ensuring ship navigation safety,improving transport and logistics efficiency as well as promoting the level of inland shipping services.
