摘 要:用电气监测仪表对鞍钢重型机械有限责任公司40 t/6 MVA LF炉精炼过程中的电力参数进行了实测。结果表明,鞍重LF精炼炉变压器长时间处于超负荷状态,其中电压超出4.69%,电流超出14.61%,视在功率超出额定容量的19.90%。研究建立了鞍重40 tLF精炼炉在1档电压下的非线性电抗模型,绘制了电气运行特性曲线。研究结果表明,二次侧工作电流的许用范围为15.10~16.11kA,电能输入功率为4.67~4.94 MW;在该功率条件下钢液的温升可达5℃/min,埋弧操作所需渣量约为1.2lt。Power parameters in the refining process of 40t/6MVA ladle furnace in Angang Heavy Machinery Co. Ltd. were measured by electrical monitoring instrument, lt resulted that LF transformer ofAngang Heavy Machinery Co. was working under overload status, with voltage more than 4.69%, current more than 14.61%, and apparent power more than 19.90% compared with rated power. The nonlinear reactance model of electrical operation in LF refining process was established, and the electrical operation characteristics curves were drawn. Study got results as follow: The working current of transformer' s second side should be under the range of 15.10-16.11 kA, and the input power is 4.67-4.94 MW. Under the input power condition, the temperature could rise with a speed of 5 ℃/min, and 1.21 t slag is needed at least for making submerged arc operation possible.
