摘　　要：讨论动态联盟环境下集成化产品开发的有关问题。从信息集成的角度讨论企业实现动态联盟存在的问题。从产品开发活动中信息集成和资源共享的角度出发，提出面向动态联盟的集成化产品开发模式，并对其关键技术进行阐述。In this paper, topics about integrated product development in a virtual company environment are discussed. First, an architecture for integrated product development in a virtual company is proposed from the view of information integrating and sharing. Then,several key technologies are researched,including design intent modeling, Web based product data management, CORBA based application system integration, conflicts resolving and coordinating for product development in a virtual company. This may be used as the reference when Chinese enterprises are preparing to establish virtual company.
