摘　　要：提出一种能直接生成点接触、满足啮合配对要求的齿面方法，该方法利用齿面接触分析设计齿面，为齿轮ＮＣ加工运动计算提供新的途径。The methods based on pitch point analysis need many procedures for correcting machine settings to manufacture spiral bevel gears.This paper proposes a direct method for generation of the gears that can provide ideal point conjugate gear tooth surfaces.The method using the results of tooth contact analysis(TCA) to design gear surfaces surports cutting the gears on a NC machine.
