摘 要:针对某雷达天线座叉臂结构刚度不满足设计要求的问题,提出了将连续体结构拓扑优化方法应用到叉臂结构优化设计中,通过优化,确定满足刚度要求、重量最小化的叉臂结构中材料的最佳分布形式,并以此为依据对原设计方案进行了改进设计,仿真结果表明,改进后的叉臂结构刚度得到明显提高。In order to solve the problem of insufficient fork structure stiffness,continuum structural topology optimization method is applied into fork structure design of some antenna pedestal.By optimization,the best material distribution pattern of fork structure is obtained with stiffness as constraint and minimum weight as optimization objective,and based on the result,original design is modified.Comparison is done between the former and the latter design using the finite element method,and result shows that the modified fork structure stiffness is improved significantly.
