摘　　要：目的观察管家基因β-肌动蛋白（β-actin）、信号识别颗粒14（SRP14）和18S—rRNA在2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者和健康对照人群外周血中的表达差异。方法提取外周血白细胞RNA，经逆转录和聚合酶链反应，应用荧光标记技术及GenomeLabGeXP基因表达分析系统检测3个管家基因的表达水平。结果3个管家基因在T2DM组和健康对照组中SRP14表达的差异最小，β-actin次之，18S—rRNA的表达差异较大。结论管家基因SRP14和β-actin可作为检测T2DM相关基因表达水平的内部参考基因。Objective To investigate 3 housekeeping genes （β-actin, SRP14 and 18S-rRNA） expression levels between type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients and healthy control individuals. Methods RNA samples were extracted from peripheral blood white cells. After reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction,the 3 housekeeping genes expression levels were analysed with fluorescence labeled technology by GenomeLab GeXP Genetic Analysis System. Results The housekeeping genes expressed most stable was SRP14,the second was β-actin,and 18S-rRNA expressed different between the T2DM and healthy control group. Conclusion SRP14 and β-actin could be regarded as internal control genes for quan2 tification of T2DM related genes.
