UF-1000i尿液分析仪有形成分生物参考区间的调查

摘　　要：目的调查荆州医学实验室UF—1000i尿液分析仪有形成分主要报告参数的正常生物参考区间。方法在进行严格室内质量控制的前提下，用UF-1000i尿液分析仪检测健康人群（1860名，其中男1050名、女810名，年龄0～91岁）随机尿液的有形成分。结果UF-1000i尿液分析仪的有形成分生物参考区间为：①红细胞（／μl）；男：儿童0～15．0，成人0～23．2，老人0～15．8；女：儿童O～18．0，成人0～23．7，老人O～17．6。②白细胞（／μl）：男：儿童O～16．6，成人0～19．1，老人O～18．0；女：儿童0～16．8，成人0～32．2，老人0～22．5。③管型（／μl），0．90。④病理管型（／μl）：0．50。⑤上皮细胞（/μl）：男：儿童0～13．0，成人0～13．6，老人0～14．4；女：儿童0～12．7，成人0～33．0，老人0～23．0。⑥小圆细胞（／μl）：男：儿童0～7．4，成人0～7．7，老人0～7．3；女：儿童0～6．1，成人0～6．8，老人0～5．3。⑦结晶（／μl）：男：儿童0～104．8，成人0～254．3，老人0～201．9；女：儿童0～81．7，成人0～356．8，老人0～203．9。⑧电导率（mS／cm）：男：儿童2．2～33．1，成人8．8～36．3，老人7．8～33．6；女：儿童2．0～30．4，成人5．9～37．3，老人5．7～31．1。⑨细菌计数（／μl）：男：儿童0～64．0，成人0～58．8，老人0～80．4；女：儿童0～110．4，成人0～131．9，老人0～83．0。结论本研究为建立本实验室的尿液有形成分生物参考区间提供了基础性数据，也为建立中国健康人群随机尿液有形成分参考区间提供参考。Objective To investigate the reference interval of urinary formed elements by UF-1000i in Jingzhou Hosppital laboratory. Methods 1 860 urine specimen from 1 860 healthy people including 1050 males and 810 females were used to examine red blood cells （RBC）,the white blood cells （WBC）,casts, pathologic casts ,epithelia cells, small round cells ,crystals,bacteria and electrical conductivity by UF-1000i analyzer. The examination was completed under strictly condition of laboratory quality control. Results The interval of urinary RBC （/μl） of male was：0～15.0 for the young,0～23.2 for the adult and 0～ 15- 8 for the old. Female ：0～ 18. 0 for the young, 0～ 23.7 for the adult and 0～ 17.6 for the old. The inter- val of urinary WBC （/μl） of male was..0～16, 6 for the young,0～19.1 for the adult and 0～18. 0 forthe old. Female：0～ 16.8 for the young,0～32.2 for the adult and 0n22.5 for the old. The urinary casts （/μl） was 0. 90 and the urinary patho- logic casts （/μl） was 0. 50. The interval of urinary epithelia cells （/μl） of male was ：0～13.0 for the young,0nl3.6 for the adult and 0～14.4 for the old. Female ：0～12.7 for the young,0～33.0 for the adult and 0n23.0 for the old. The interval of urinary small round ceils （/μl） of male was：0～ 7.4 for the young,0～ 7.7 for the adult and 0～7.3 for the old. Female： 0～6.1 for the young,0～6.8 for the adult and 0～5.3 for the old, The range of urinary crystals （/μl） of male was：0～ 104.8 for the young,0～254. 3 for the adult and 0～201.9 for the old. Female：0～ 81.7 for the young, 0～ 356. 8 for the adult and 0～203.9 for the old. The interval of urinary electrical conductivity of male was：2. 2n 33.1 for the young,8.8～ 36.3 for the adult and 7. 8～33.6 for the old. Female：2.0～30.4 for the young,5.9～37- 3 for the adult and 5.7～31.1 for the old. The interval of urinary bacteria of male was ：0～64. 0 for the young,0～58. 8 for the adult and 0～80. 4 for the old. Female：0�
