摘 要:为了分析变频空调中压缩机电机对变流器产生的传导电磁干扰(EMI)的传播特性的影响,建立了考虑输入线对地电容的压缩机电机高频等效电路模型。基于电机阻抗频率特性测量和最小二乘法拟合,提取了电机高频参数。仿真分析了各高频参数对传导EMI的影响,确定了绕组中性点对地电容是最灵敏的参数。通过在电机三相输入端和接地线间施加脉冲电压激励,比较了响应电压波形及频谱的仿真和测量结果,对模型进行了验证。结果表明:该电机高频模型及其参数提取方法是有效和准确的。The compressor motor in a variable frequency air conditioner can propagate electro magnetic interference(EMI) generated by the converter to the entire system.A high frequency equivalent circuit model of the compressor motor was developed which include the distributed capacitance between the input leads to the ground.The high frequency parameters were extracted by measuring the impedance-frequency characteristics of the motor.The influences of the various high frequency parameters on the conducted EMI were analyzed in simulations,which showed that the neutral point to the ground capacitance was the most sensitive parameter.The model predictions agreed well with experimental measurements for the response voltages and their spectra for the same pulse voltage excitation applied between the three-phase terminals and the ground.Thus good agreement validates the effectiveness and validity of the high frequency circuit model and the parameters extraction method.
