摘 要:为了在非烟气毒性实验规定暴露时间内更加准确地评价建筑火灾烟气毒性危害,引入毒性评价指标50%致命浓度LC50与暴露时间的关系对基于有效剂量分数FED的多气体毒性评价N-Gas模型进行改进,并开发了基于火灾动力学模拟器FDS数据的烟气毒性评价程序。通过该程序,分别用改进模型与原模型对某单层住宅进行了烟气毒性评价。结果表明:在实验规定暴露时间,2模型的评价结果相同;在非实验规定暴露时间,2模型的评价结果存在差异。对评价结果的分析说明改进的N-Gas模型在非实验规定暴露时间内的毒性评价更加准确。The N-gas model were used to assess smoke toxicity based on the FED(fractional effective dose) was improved to more effectively evaluate smoke toxicity during building fires for exposure time without experimental data.The relationship between the LC50(50% of lethal concentration) and the exposure time was introduced to improve the N-gas model with evaluations based on data of a FDS(fire dynamics simulator).A house fire was selected as a case study for smoke toxicity assessments.Comparisons of the original N-gas model and the improved N-gas model indicate that the assessments by the two models are same for experimental exposure times but vary for exposure times without experimental data.Analysis of the results shows that the improved N-gas model is more accurate for exposure times without experimental data.
