摘　　要：目的探讨16层螺旋CT平扫对泌尿系结石的诊断价值。方法对25例拟诊泌尿系结石的患者进行CT平扫及图像多平面重建并分析。结果25例患者中CT诊断泌尿系结石21例，计35个结石，其中肾脏结石22个，输尿管结石13个。5例超声漏诊8个结石，其中肾脏结石6个，输尿管结石2个；6例患者做了静脉肾盂造影摄片（KUB）或／和静脉尿路造影（IVP），均未检出结石。结论多层螺旋CT平扫是诊断泌尿系结石的精确、快捷方法。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 16-slices CT in urinary calculus. Methods 25 cases of suspected urinary calculus were examined by 16-slices CT and some of these images were reconstructed with MPR. Results In the 25 casces CT found 21 cases of urinary calculus, among them kidney calculus 22 cases,urinary tract calculus 13 cases. In 5 of 21 cases,urinary calculus were not found with US. In all 6 cases urinary calculus were not detected by KUB and/or IVP. Conclusion 16-slices CT was a valuable method in diagnosing urinary calculus.
