摘  要:目的探讨血清β2-微球蛋在早期肾功能不全的应用价值。方法选取41例门诊体检健康者作为对照组,采用散射比浊法测定30例肾功能不全代偿组、30例肾功能不全失代偿组、30例肾功能衰竭组、22例尿毒症组及对照组的血β2-微球蛋,同时测定血肌酐和24h尿肌酐。观察β2-微球蛋与血肌酐、血内生肌酐清除率的关系。结果不同程度的肾功能损害组的血清β2-微球蛋均增高,其值分别为(3.51±0.46)mg/L,(5.8±1.13)mg/L,(12.4±3.63)mg/L和(21.3±4.73)mg/L,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。β2-微球蛋与血肌酐呈正相关,与内生肌酐清除率呈负相关。结论血β2-微球蛋白可作为判断早期肾功能不全的敏感指标之一。Objective To investigate the value of serum β2-microglobulin for diagnosis of early renal insufficiency. Methods The levels of β2-microglobulin and Scr were measured in one hundred and twelve patients diagnosed of nephropathy and 41 of control group. And the results were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group ,there was significant difference in serum β2-mieroglobulin( all P 〈 0. 05 ). The levels of β2-mieroglobulin of renal insufficiency were increased, include ( 3.51 ± 0. 46 ) mg/L, ( 5. 8 ±1. 13 ) mg/L, ( 12.4 ±3.63 ) rag/L, and (21.3 ±4. 73 ) mg/L, also correlated with degree of Scr, and negatively correlated with degree of Cer. Conclusion Serum β2-microglobulin could be used as the early diagnostic marker of early renal insuffieieney.
