浮充电压对阀控式铅酸蓄电池寿命的影响

摘　　要：通过对阀控式铅酸蓄电池浮充使用寿命失效原因的分析,发现浮充电压过低会造成蓄电池硫酸盐化的积累,使活性物质不可逆,最终导致蓄电池失效。过低的浮充电压也是造成蓄电池使用寿命缩短的原因之一。Through the analysis of the failure of VRLA battery due to float service life,we found that the overly low float voltage will cause the accumulation of reversible lead sulphate,leading to failure of battery.It is considered that the excessive low float voltage is one of the reasons for shorting the service life of lead-acid battery.
