摘　　要：目的了解镇安县开展中学生预防艾滋病生活技能教育效果,总结成功经验并在全省推广。方法将项目县开始基线调查数据与2005、2006、2007、2008、2009年专项调查结果进行比较,评价项目县开展中学生预防艾滋病生活技能教育效果。结果中学生预防艾滋病知识知晓率显著提高,从基线调查的41.09%提高到2005年的71.45%、2006年的88.35%、2007年的89.11%、2008年的92.10%、2009年的93.56%;对艾滋病持正确态度人的比例上升,从基线调查的34.32%提高到2009年的91.71%。结论在学校中开展艾滋病健康教育对提高中学生艾滋病相关知识的效果显著,同时应不断探索教育方式,提高教育效果。Objective To study the education effect of HIV life skill which carried out in the middle schools of zhenan,sum up the successes experience and spread to whole province.Method The effect of life skill based on HIV/AIDS education in middle school of program counties were evaluated and compared with the baseline date of 2005,2006,2007,2008,and 2009.Results The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge had remarkable improved after education.From 2004 to 2009 the awareness rate were 41.09%,71.45%,88.35%,89.11%,92.10%,and 93.56%,respectively.The students with correct attitude in 2009（91.71%） was higher than 2004（34.32%）.Conclusions It had good effect to carry out AIDS health education in middle school to improve students HIV related knowledge,at the same time we should keep exploring educational modes and enhance the education effect.
