摘 要:目的监测鼠疫流行态势,为控制疫情提供科学依据。方法采用常规鼠疫监测方法,监测鼠情、蚤情、病原学及疫情态势。结果 1982-2009年捕获动物10科35属63种,其中黄胸鼠占70.53%;年均室内黄胸鼠密度1.81%。室外黄胸鼠密度3.25%;检获蚤类6科19属27种,其中印鼠客蚤占75.82%;黄胸鼠染蚤率20.89%,印鼠客蚤指数0.59;检验鼠、蚤标本311 245份,检出鼠疫菌1997株,阳性率0.64%,25年次判定鼠间鼠疫疫情619点次,确诊人间鼠疫39例。结论德宏州鼠疫流行态势严峻,通过科学监测和落实综合防治措施,疫情得到了有效控制。Objective To monitor the epidemic tendency of plague in Dehong and provide scientific basis for control.Method Routine monitoring methods were token and monitoring the epidemic situation of rats and plea,etiology and tendency.Results From 1982 to 2009 we captured 10 families,35 genera,63 species animals.Among them rattus flavipectus accounted for 70.53%.Annual average density of indoor rattus flavipectus was 1.81%,the annual average of outdoor was 3.25%.Seized flea 6 families,19 genera,and 27 species.Among them,xenopsylla cheopis accounted for 75.82%.Rattus flavipectus infected with flea was 20.89% and the index was 0.59.1997 strains of bacteria were isolated from 311 245 rats and flea specimens,positive rate was 0.64%.During 25 years,rat plague had spread 619 point(times) and confirmed 39 human plague cases.Conclusions The plague epidemic tendency of Dehong Prefecture is very grim.The epidemic situation of the plague was controlled effectively through the scientific monitoring and implementation of comprehensive prevention and cure measures.
