摘 要:目的:通过正交设计用不同的因素及水平来提取野菊花总黄酮从而得到最佳工艺条件,为野菊花黄酮的进一步研究和开发提供资料和依据。方法:本试验用正交试验的方法从乙醇浓度,提取时间,提取温度,提取次数四个不同因素,每个因素设置3个不同水平,以总黄酮含量为考察指标,从中寻找一个最合适的提取条件。用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量和纯度,从而确定总黄酮提取的最佳工艺。结果:野菊花总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为60%乙醇提取3次,提取温度70℃,提取时间为2.5h。结论:此试验通过正交试验法对野菊花提取工艺进行优化,使用该工艺提取野菊花总黄酮工艺简单,廉价、安全。Objective: The orthogonal design factors and levels in different conditions to extract the flavonoids to obtain the optimal process plan for the further study of flavonoids in chrysanthemum and development of information and basis. Methods: In this experiment, the orthogonal test method from the solvent, extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times of four different factors, each set three different levels. The total flavonoid content for evaluation, from which to find the most suitable extraction conditions. UV spectropbetometry of total flavonoids content and purity, in order to determine the optimal extraction process of total flavonoids. Results: The flavonoids iden- tified the optimum conditions for the extraction of water :2 times, followed by 8,6 times the amount of solvent, extraction temperature with 1000C, extraction time of 40,40 minutes. Conclusion: The test method by orthogonal test to optimize the extraction process of chrysanthe- mum, the use of the flavonoids extraction process is simple, cheap, safe, and meets the requirements of industrial production. Its characteristics can be summarized as: simple, practical and economic.
