摘　　要：目的了解成分制备时血浆报废的常见原因，分析存在的问题，进而采取针对性的预防措施，减少血液资源的浪费。方法对2008至2010年绵阳市中心血站成分制备过程中产生的报废血浆按原因进行归类、统计分析。结果最常见的报废原因是脂肪浆，其次是破损、不足量、颜色异常等。结论加强采血前咨询、宣传及血浆制品制备等关键控制点，增强各环节人员的工作责任心，可降低血浆报废率，减少不必要的血液浪费。Objective To understand component preparation when a common cause of plasma scrap, analyzes the existing problems and take effective preventive measures, reduce blood waste of resources. Methods To 2008 until 2010 city center blood stations components during the preparation of the abandonment of plasma generated by reason categorize, statistical analysis. The results of the most common reason is adipose slurry scrapped, followed by damaged, inadequate, color is unusual etc. Conclusion To strengthen blood before advisory, promotion and plasma products preparation is key point, enhance each link personnel＇s job responsibility, can reduce plasma scrap rate and reduce unnecessary blood waste.
