摘　　要：目的提高基层高危新生儿的护理质量,降低危重新生儿的病死率和远期发病率。方法通过对基层高危新生儿的护理工作存在的护理风险进行分析,采取相应的防范措施,加强法律意识,加强专科护理知识及职业道德学习,严格执行各项规章制度。结果提高高危新生儿的护理质量,减少医疗风险问题的发生,保证新生儿护理工作顺利、安全的开展。结论对基层高危新生儿护理工作中的风险问题应高度重视,强调护士的法律风险意识及教育,在为患儿提供安全的、优质的服务中起着关键的作用。Objective To improve the nursing of basic highly-endangered newborn and reduce the death rate of seriously-sick babies and cut down the incidence of a disease.Methods By analyzing the nursing of basic highly-endangered newborn,then taking adaptable measures,strengthening consciousness of law,furthering professional nursing knowledge and vocational morals,enforcing rules and regulations.Result Improving the nursing highly-endangered newborn,reducing the nursing risks,ensuring the nursing of newborn going smoothly and securely.Conclusion The problems of the nursing of basic highly-endangered newborn should be paid attention to.Enforcing the law consciousness of nursing staff acts a key role in the good nursing of newborn.
