摘　　要：目的加强CT室护理管理,提高CT室的护理服务质量。方法通过加强对护理人员的培训,优化工作流程。结果提高了护士的安全意识,患者的需求得到了满足。结论通过护士素质培养,提供安全有效的护理,满足患者的需求,也提高了护士安全意识,提升了医院服务形象。Objective Strengthen flat CT and attend to management,improve the nursing service quality of flat CT.Method Pass and strengthen the training of the nursing staff,optimize the workflow.Result Having improved the nurse＇s security consciousness,the patient＇s demand has been satisfied.Conclusion Train through nurse＇s quality,offer safe and effective nursing,meet patient＇s demands,have improve nurse＇s safe consciousness too,has promoted the image of serving of the hospital.
