双侧阴股沟皮瓣转位移植阴道再造14例患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的为了使无阴道患者选择一种简便符合生理功能的阴道再造。方法对收治的15~28岁先天性无阴道患者14例,利用双侧阴沟皮瓣Ⅰ期再造阴道。结果全组术后外形形态满意,瘢痕隐蔽,再造阴道腔隙挛缩少,生理功能接近正常,感觉存在,性生活满意。结论阴股沟皮瓣再造阴道,手术简便,患者痛苦少,效果满意。Objective To select a convenient vaginal reconstruction consistent with physiologic function for patients without vagina.Methods Fourteen patients with congenital absence of vagina underwent one-stage vaginal reconstruction by using bilateral pudendal thigh flaps.Results All cases had satisfactory outline form,occult scars,less contracture in reconstructive vaginal canal,physiologic function proximal to normal,and existing sensation as well as content sexual life.Conclusion Vaginal reconstruction with pudendal thigh flap proves to be convenient,less pains,and satisfactory effectiveness.
