摘 要:通过实验室研究,考察了干燥方法、泥料液固质量比、泥料陈化时间及粘结剂对活性炭蜂窝体干燥开裂的影响。结果表明,微波干燥的成品率最高,微波干燥时间为16 min;粘结剂是影响蜂窝体干燥开裂的主要因素,具有层链状结构的海泡石与具有热凝胶化性能的纤维素醚是活性炭蜂窝体的最佳粘结剂;活性炭原料的饱和吸水量决定最佳液固质量比,最佳液固比为0.91;泥料陈化有利于提高干燥制品的成品率,泥料最佳陈化时间为20 h。Based on laboratory experiments, the influence of drying methods, liquid/solid ratio, aging time and binders on activated carbon honeycomb crack occurring in drying stage was investigated. The results showed that the yield of activated carbon honeycomb was the highest using microwave drying method and the drying time was 16 min. The binder was the main influencing factor, and sepiolite with laminated and chain structure and cellulose with thermal gelation quality were the optimum binders. Liquid/solid ratio depended on the saturated water absorption of activated carbon and the optimal liquid/solid mass ratio was 0.91. Pug aging was beneficial to enhancement of the yield of activated carbon honeycomb and the optimal batch aging time was 20 h.
