阿奇霉素注射液治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析阿奇霉素在下呼吸道感染治疗中的效果。方法将80例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用阿奇霉素每日进行1次静脉滴注,每次0.5g;对照组使用头孢他定4g,每日1次进行治疗。疗程均为3～7d。结果使用了阿奇霉素的观察组在退热、止咳、音消失时间上明显比对照组快,治疗后痊愈率达到了86.7%,明显高于对照组的57.8%;观察组不良反应4例,对照组不良反应3例。结论阿奇霉素治疗下呼吸道感染疗效显著,值得临床应用中进行推广。Objective To observe and analyze the effects of azithromycin in the treatment of curing lower respiratory tract infection. Methods Eighty patients with lower respiratory tract infection were divided randomly into observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with azithromycin intravenous infusion , 0.5g once a day. The patients in the control group were treated with Ceftazidime, 4g once a day. The treatment lasted 3-7 days. Results The patients which were cured with azithromycin in the control group got the much better effects in reducing fever, stopping coughing and the rhonchus disappearing , because it was much faster. The cure rates of the control group was 86.7%, which was obviously higher than 57.8%, the cure rate of the observation group. There were 4 adverse reaction cases in the observation group while there were only 3 in the control group. Conclusion azithromycin has obvious effects in curing lower respiratory tract infection. It is worth popularizing in clinical.
