10例不同首发症状的狂犬病病例分析

摘　　要：目的总结狂犬病临床特征及误诊原因分析。方法对收治于各个临床科室的10例狂犬病病例资料进行回顾性分析,总结其临床表现、诊治经过。结果 10例患者早期首发症状既有相似表现,又各有不同,随着病情发展,多数可出现典型狂犬病临床表现。结论狂犬病并非是单一侵犯神经系统的疾患,而是全身多系统损害的疾病。故应充分认识本病,以避免误诊误治,以及做好必要的防范措施。Objective To summary clinical characteristic of rabies and analyse misdiagnose reasons. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted for clinical data of 10 patients with rabies of our hospital, in order to summarize its clinical manifestation and diagnosis process. Results 10 patients were similar to the early performance of both in initial symptoms, but also different. With the progression of the disease, most clinical manifestations of rabies may be typical. Conclusion Rabies is not infringement nervous system only, but also a multi-system harm disease. Therefore, we should take an adequate realization of this disease, in order to avoid misdiagnosis, as well as take essential guard measure.
