雷公藤多甙对哮喘患者血清嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨雷公藤多甙对哮喘患者血清嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)的影响。方法选择轻中度哮喘患者60例,随机分为雷公藤多甙组(A组),糖皮质激素组(B组),对照组(C组),每组20例,分别测定血清ECP及肺功能FEV1,PEF,治疗后再次测定血清ECP及肺功能。结果 (1)雷公藤多甙组与糖皮质激素组血清ECP治疗后与治疗前相比显著降低(P<0.05),对照组血清ECP治疗前后无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)雷公藤多甙组与糖皮质激素组肺功能FEV1,PEF治疗后与治疗前相比显著改善(P<0.05),对照组肺功能FEV1,PEF治疗前后无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论雷公藤多甙能够显著降低哮喘患者血清嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白水平,改善肺功能,这可能是雷公藤多甙治疗哮喘有效的重要机制。Objctive To explore the effect of tripterygium polyglycoside on serum eosinophil cationic protein （ ECP） of asthmatic patients .Methods 60 cases of mild and moderate asthmatic patients were randomly divideded into three groups , tripterygium polyglycoside group（group A） ,corticosteroids group（group B） and control group（groupC）, with 20 cases in each group.The levels of ECP and lung function（FEV1 ,PEF） were detected before starting therapy and after 8 weeks therapy . Results （1）：The levels of ECP in group A and group B were significently decreased after therapy （P0.05）and there were no significant difference in control group before and after therapy （P0.05） .（2） Lung functions were significantly improved after therapy in group A and group B （P0.05）and there were no significant difference in group C before and after therapy （P0.05） Conclusion Tripterygium polyglycoside can decrease serum ECP, improve lung function, this may be one of the important mechanisms that tripterygium polyglycoside has a definite curative effect on asthma
